Comment:  When I came to Northwest, they were a lower tier Fraternity. However, they have really stepped it up these past couple years, they have really had some good pledge classes and have stepped up in their campus involvement and reputation. Their house is below average but its pretty obvious they don't get a lot of financial help from their alumni. Throw decent parties too.
