Comment:  Yea, Sigma Chi is currently the top tier fraternity because of the huge gains they've made in the past, yet I don't think they're really maintaining it at this point. They've been more MIA then usual, they haven't done anything too "wow", and one thing that really needs to be pointed out is whoever is ranking their hotness is very ignorant to the majority of the chapter, seriously many of them are not THAT good looking...
