Comment:  Phi Delt is on the rise to become one of the top tier fraternities on campus. Sure some of the older guys are careless and a little creepy but they'll be out soon and the recent pledge classes have brought forth some of the greatest members of the UBC greek community (like that british and the dancing guy and many others). They have the more positive momentum at this point then any other frat.
