Comment:  SigEp is just getting started back on campus. They have the largest national brotherhood and are primed to explode on campus over the next few years. They have, by far, the most dedicated brotherhood development out of any fraternity in the nation. Just because they are small on campus and don't have the funds that others have doesn't make them bottom tier.
