Comment:  ADPhi is on the rise- they have potential and are working hard to raise their rep, doing very well for being new. I'm hoping they move into the solid middle tier with the next couple of years but they're recruited solid pledge classes for being a small fraternity, their E-Board is making all of the right moves.
