Comment:  A great mix of brothers; some hate being sober, others prefer the sober hookup with the drunk freshman. They are definitely led by some kid who resembles Quagmire, named Brews. You can't make it through a party without taking a pull of Chach, or gunning a Hamm's Special Light. Overall, Phi Psi is synonymous with "Top House" and nobody else even compares because their latest pledge class swept -- 24/24. They always give shootouts to them freshman, who be on instagram straight flexion. Grrrr.
