Comment:  I think this is a top tier sorority because they have really awesome big events and raise the most money in all philanthropic causes. That is a major part of greek life. I can't speak on behalf of their sisterhood because I'm not a sister. For some reason when I think of their chapter I think of Ke$ha-- that speaks on the classiness associated with them. I think everyone on campus can honestly say they know at least one phi sig which says how big they are but I don't think they have an identity.
