Comment:  Phi Delta Theta has the most momentum out of any Fraternity at this moment in time. They rushed their largest pledge class -- filled with athletes, scholars, and overall a lot of gentlemen. Although Phi Delt had been hurt a bit by the antics of the old class, the new class has been making big gains. They are a bit arrogant, but the more you get to know them, the better they get. Well-connected, fun, and not all clones of each other.
