Comment:  These guys are great! I know a few in their most recent PC and they are cute, chill, and nice guys. There are laid-back guys here, which is nice for a change...the downstairs can sometimes get decently fun if there's dancing. Overall, Theta Chi isn't a frat to underestimate, but it's not a "rager" type of frat. I've had some good times there.
