Comment:  One of the Best Fraternities at UC Berkeley - "Pilam" or "House with the purple deck". I've had a couple of awesome Freshman semester nights here. Dont know too much bout exchanges (only heard Theta and GPhi). But the Guys are cute too and really not the douchey types.
