Comment:  Chi Psi parties are awesome. All of the parties always have a LOT of hot girls because they practice greek courtesy towards sororities. The reason the parties are guest list is because the house is very old and valuable to those in the fraternity. With a guest list, the fraternity has a way to hold people responsible for damage they may cause to the house while intoxicated, which I think is very smart. They don't want random people in the house, like many of the fraternities at Rutgers.
