You have to consider a house that has a great reputation amongst IFC & campus as well as hoisting any big greek award possible. All of this has been done even by only having their 306 house for 1 year. Their social life includes many events with the top tier sororities on campus due to past experience. This is reinforced by winning best social fraternity last year by popular vote according to the school newspaper.
