Comment:  They got off probation last week or something which means they are good to go. The house is huge, in a great spot, and they cant lose it (I think the landlord is a Kappa Sigma). Hopefully for their sake they start having parties and dont get caught like last time. Also there are never any kegs at parties, cans only, which is much easier. They might become one of the best fraternities on campus shortly.
