Comment:  Theta Chi does a lot of private parties so you don't see much, but when they do their open parties its massive. Full house is a party, all the way from the basement to the 3rd floor. They usually have a legit DJ, not just some kid flipping through iTunes and I've never seen them run out of beer. Hope theres more open parties to come!
