Comment:  Definitely has the best rep on campus and probably the best pc this year. The girls are gorgeous but can come off kind of stuck up if your not in their sorority. Plus theta is known to often take full friend groups which can make the pledge class clique. Other than that theta is deff top tier and prob the best house on campus right now. They are super involved, gorgeous, and definitely have fun.
