Comment:  Kappa Sigma I think is a very interesting case. They're definitely on the rise, and unlike delt, I think they're still on the way up. I think they may be a bit overconfident at where they are right now, but they're still new and figuring it out. They still take way too many kids at rush and have some weirdos but they're getting so much better. They're arguably already better than pi kapp or sigma chi, but they're still not near phi psi, aepi, sigep, pike level.
