Comment:  beta has only been on campus for under 3years. You must think a lot of them if you think they could get a house that soon. If you actually understood the UK housing issue, it takes a while. Should build an awesome house within 2-3 years. also...beta doesn't have rush week parties because they don't want potential pledges joining for just alcohol (so I don't know what party you where at but not betas). Beta is new and doing great things already. Give em 3-4 more years and they'll be top
