Comment:  I give these girls a lot of credit considering they have only been on campus for a year and a half. They do not have a "look" to them and they recruit based on personality, leadership etc... They did not get any girls in the fall because they were already at cap (meaning already they already had the max number of girls), and for no reason other than that. Once they get some more pledge classes they will do great things!
