Comment:  It's a returning fraternity, the newest wave joined by answering an ad, basically, and the most coherent image they have socially is the image that the groups of friends who joined already had, which isn't to say any of that's bad, it's just going to take some time to establish their own culture and relationships with other organizations. They seem motivated, they do a lot of CS and stuff.
