Comment:  Ok so I've been giving straight forward, honest opinions on every fraternity today for people that don't wanna see a bunch of self ranks, like we have here. So here it is: Phi Delt is nowhere near as good as they are on here, but don't get me wrong, they do have potential. The can throw decent parties, have a kinda coolish house, but are pretty mid-tier honestly. Their pledge classes are the definition of quantity, not quality. Needs some work.
