Comment:  I know what's going on around the Row, and I'm impressed by how much this house has improved in the past 2-3 years- they won UCLA's Most Improved Fraternity Award last year. Went from zero rep to mid-tier without trying to party their way to the top, and they're hands-down the most diverse house. No stereotypical fratty meat-heads here. Seems like their alumni are heavily-invested in their success. In a few years, Theta Chi, Lambda Chi, and Phi Psi will be among the top houses.
