Comment:  My rank probably isn't very accurate but I based it solely off the fact that I have never heard of anyone talk about Theta Chi before. Not saying anything bad about the kids in the house but I literally have no idea who they are. Not sure if they have a house or even party so I don't see why they're ranked so high.
