Comment:  Phi Mu has always had Pom Squad and cheerleaders. They pride themselves on those members and beauty queens. But members are going to more and more sororities (3-4 in Zeta I think?). There are a handful of Phi Mu's that are involved in many groups and those are their shining stars. The rest, probably 75% of the chapter, are uninvolved or in one random club. And hardly any leadership roles in the clubs/orgs they are involved in. MOST girls are more concerned about their social standing.
