Comment:  we don't mix with pi phi that much but from what I know about them here are my observations: PC12- almost all are hot or at least pretty; social and turn out in good numbers PC11- a lot of them are pretty; some rude ones, but overall cool; social PC10- most of them are pretty; i know a lot of them from classes and stuff and they're really chill; at the bars a lot PC09- need to graduate..
