Comment:  Glad they are leaving the "Skulls" name behind them and trying to move on to "Phi Kapps." The only problem is now ppl confuse them with Pi Kapps. But at least it's not "Skulls" anymore. Guys are pretty cool, not a lot show up to the parties but when they do it's a great rager. Heard they killed it at bidweek. A lot of people said their themes and parties were awesome. Glad they're on the rise. They need to get more involved on campus though...
