Comment:  Phi Mu has a very diverse mixture of girls and that isn't a bad thing. Sure, some aren't extremely hot, but that just makes them even better in my opinion. They are more approachable this way. Their personalities are great and these girls would do anything for each other. There will always be that handful of people in a large group that mess up in front of the wrong person, but Phi Mu as a whole is top notch.
