Comment:  Phi tau is second only to indys in social irrelevance. They have hardly any popular guys, they only have a few events that aren't well attended, and there aren't many girls that want to hang around them. Worst of all, their brotherhood morale seems so low. They don't even seem to be friends with each other, so who would want to be friends with them? I just don't understand them at all as a group.
