Comment:  Perfect middle tier frat. They really improved a lot this year. Parties are okay-- they have a decent house and good potential to throw better ones. Great guys to just chill with, definitely the "nice guys on campus" type of feeling. Not as well known around campus, but they do throw a decent amount of parties, but they are a lot more laid back and casual. The guys are really close knit, yet not douchey and are very welcoming. Should and can be top tier if they tried a bit harder socially.
