Comment:  Extremely popular because of the name, good looking guys, involvement, and the fact that they will never get kicked off because they are HQ'd here. Generally douchey guys who only really talk to each other; less classy than they seem. Parties are good because of the girls that come, but in reality it isn't as fun as some other houses like ZBT/Beta/Pike, maybe even PhiDelt. The fact that they are so involved with each other shows that they do have a good brotherhood though, so I'll give them that
