Comment:  Phi Psi has been a very fratty house the last few years. They often recruit guys who are strong partiers and know how to throw down and rage. However the guys often are seen as classless and disrespectful to people. If you are a friend you are treated great but if you dont have a connection, it isn't as fun. There have been unfortunate stigmas due to previous allegations. The guys are not gentlemen, but they are great to party with. Regardless, still top tier. Brotherhood is unrated.
