Comment:  Phi delt is in many people's eyes a lesser house, but that does not mean that they are bad. They are a dry house and therefore do not hold parties with drinking, which hurts their rushing ability. The guys that have rushed there in the past few years have nonetheless been genuinely "nice guys", with a bit of social awkwardness. While there are not many good-lookers either, there certainly are diamonds in the rough. Brotherhood is unrated.
