Comment:  PiPhi- Doing well as of late, but need to really make a splash in Gw/hoco if they want be considered top tier. Very near, especially with the recent grades. but not quite yet. Looks- pretty good looking. HocoGW- Holding them down a little bit. Overall-Do well in hoco/gw and they can be top tier quick. But as of right now.Upper Middle
