Comment:  PhiMu- Definitely dont deserve all the grief they get from guys, but arent quite there when it comes to overall rankings. Looks-below average, although, definitely better than the past. HocoGW-Nonfactor, but usually due to fraternities not trying i am guessing. Overall- Sad to say, but still bottom tier.
