Comment:  ChiO- probably most improved since I have been on campus. Went from Middle to Top Tier. Between Grades and excellent Hoco/GW performances, definitely are near the top, if not the top sorority. Looks/Classiness- Looks are good, but have lost some class the past couple years. Definitely traded some success for a few bad seeds. GW/Hoco- Power. enough said. Overall- Popular, dominant, but could definitely work on some bad seeds holding them down. Top Tier
