Comment:  pi phi is going to be top in a couple of years. each pledge class has been getting better and better, they most recently got a great group of girls that a lot of other sororities wanted. they've also had solid performances in homecoming/greek week the past few years and still have the "nice girl" rep. pi phi is going uphill, most of the others are going downhill. give them a few years to shake the negative stereotype, and by the time this pc graduates, they'll easily be top 3.
