Comment:  the way they really put effort Derby Days was really inspiring--but maybe they should put that excitement into their own chapter--I had the misfortune of hearing some girls talk about THEIR OWN SISTERS (and new members!!!) in such an awful way! Just a hint, but don't bad mouth your own while wearing letters--that's just bad karma :\
