Comment:  The last few years they have gotten a little strange, but it is Montevallo, so that is hard to avoid. The ego is still present, but it is much much better than it has been in years past. Their retention rate for guys isn't wonderful, but the ones who stick around care about each other. All in all, good guys but average.
