Comment:  A Phi may be one of the top sororities on campus, but they are not the most classy. Lots of rumors about these girls, very cliquey, and always in some sort of trouble. They actually have gotten in trouble many times and cover it up -- not the kind of people you want to be associated with. Individuals are nice but as a group I'd stay away.
