Comment:  I rated attractiveness average because I'm a guy. Phi Sigs used to be dominant and popular a year or two ago, but now they can't throw a party to save their lives. They don't really put themselves out there or hang out with other frats (their small numbers don't help.) Most of the guys are nice and most of them are hardcore straightedge and follow that "scene." They aren't involved much; never see them at other greek events and rarely win awards. Great brotherhood though and many military guys.
