Comment:  Phi Kap is one of the best fraternities on campus at UMass Lowell. They are very involved on campus and go to a ton of events. For example, this past semester I saw them at move-in, play fair, greek week, club fair, and a ton of other events. Their brotherhood is amazing, I always see them together on campus. I always see them being wickedd nice to girls at their house. Oh and they also have a buch of great looking brothers. :)
