Comment:  Solid middle tier house. Pretty diverse and average in terms of looks. Lots of chubbier chicks. Fun girls for the most part. Known to be easy but that's hard to say. They have been pretty consistent with their PCs, they've all been pretty similar across the board. The newest PC seems to be more clique-y and catty than previous PCs. Nice house, with a good location on North Campus. Mix well with the middle tier and occasionally upper tier frats.
