Comment:  From a GDI's perspective it would definitely look as if these girls are on top, but there's more to being a chapter than just being "best." A handful of girls can be pretty nasty and judgmental to other chapters but there are some REALLY sweet girls here. They've been on top dominance wise for awhile but that could change at any time.
