Comment:  I do agree with i (earlier comment), last year tridelt did a lot of begging to convince pnms not to drop them/recruitment. that being said, they have done a significant amount of improving, and continue to draw in lots of informal pledges. a close friend of mine is in tridelt and they are changing their recruitment strategy this year, which will do them wonders.
