Comment:  I would put these girls in between middle and bottom tier. They did NOT do well with PC 12 but PC 09 and 10 are pretty cool. They seem pretty exclusive but I guess that means they are really close to each other. I find them always sitting together in class, saving each other seats and always together. It shows a strong bond between the girls but I also never see them talking to anyone else...
