Comment:  Nicest and hands down most fun guys on campus to hang out with or party with. They are not top tier if everyone is honest but every year their pledge classes get better and better and if they get some good pledges this year and next I see no reason why they wouldn't be top tier in a year or two. I'd say phi delt is probably still closer to top tier but these boys are right up there. Love these guys and hope that they stay the same relaxed guys instead of the jocky preps in the top tier frats.
