Comment:  I think they're the most popular of the bottom tier houses, and have done what they can to be considered mid tier. I just don't see a big difference between aphi and zeta. they both rush cuter girls but lack grades and overall involvement. And honestly, zeta is doing better in that category. If zeta could up their retention rate I could see a shift in the rankings next year with aphi going back to bottom tier and zeta moving up to mid tier. only time will tell...
