Comment:  phi mu isn't the worst house on campus, struggling - maybe, but not the worst. they've rushed cuter girls recently and are still the sweethearts of campus. and I'm pretty sure they made house quota this year when other houses failed to do so. bottom three, but definitely NOT number 15.
