Comment:  To the people bashing this chapter... they may not be well-known right now around campus because they haven't had a "real" house in a few years, but they have one of SAE's houses in frat court next year. I've been to a bunch of their off-campus parties, and all the guys are REALLY nice and fun to be around. Not creepy at all (unlike what one other reviewer said -- maybe this person is in SAE and is just mad that the landlord didn't renew their contract)
