Comment:  These group of men formed an organization known as "Theta Delta Chi" which only involves drinking and getting their D's wet. Everything else is a fail. They gives bids to everyone. There is no brotherhood for the fact that the fraternity consist of 5% of rutger's students. Quite popular for their parties. Not involved at all. If your looking for a fraternity to just party, this is the one. Otherwise, rush some where else.
