Comment:  Pi Kapp is going to struggle to survive in the upcoming years. Their nationals won't give them a new house that is located on greek street from what I hear and they didn't elect the president they should have. The current president won't bring the fraternity to the level they need to be. They only got one recruit during formal rush and I'm predicting a repeat every year unless they get a house on greek street (or if they had elected the correct president). This fraternity will be gone in 3 year.
